And this is more than true, as there is a lot to be seen in this great little country, which has spectacular light for more than 300 days a year and where the winter is not even that intense. From ruins, which they were when the duo threw themselves into the venture, Aldeia da Mata Pequena was transformed into a return to the past, but with all the comfort and convenience of today.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In its heyday, around 70 people lived in the village, back in the 19th century. Being so far away and yet so close to urban centers, the quietness and originality of the village has been maintained over the years. A dream vacation! And the best thing is that we, from <a href=\"http:\/\/portugalafora.com\/en\/passeios\/\"><strong>Portugal Afora<\/strong><\/a> We take you for a walk, and among our itineraries is the imposing Palace and Convent of Mafra, close to the village.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>How about spending a few days in a Portuguese village?
